I understand that the approval of this form does not indicate that my financial aid application has been finalized or that I have sufficient aid funds to pay university charges. I agree that I will pay university charges by the university payment deadline if my financial aid eligibility has not been determined or if my financial aid awards are insufficient to pay full charges.
