Occupational Therapy Assistant Program Application Packet

Priority deadline for application consideration is Friday, December 10, 2021. All applications received after this date will be considered on a space available basis. Qualified applicants will be contacted directly to sign up for the required interview.

Carefully review and complete all applicable sections of this packet prior to submitting to the admissions department.

The OTA Program is a competitive program and has a selective admissions process. There are a limited number of seats for the program each year. It is important that applicants submit as much information as possible to be a more competitive candidate.

Applicants who do not submit all of the required documents by the deadline will not be considered for admission.

Application Process

Beginning in December 2021, applications and supporting documents and/or materials will be reviewed. Selected applicants will be invited for an on-campus interview and an on-site essay/activity. (Acceptance for an interview does not guarantee admission to the program.)
After all interviews have been completed, final admission decisions will be made based on initial application materials, an on-site interview, and an onsite-essay/activity.
Applicants will be notified of an admission decision via email.
