Radford University

    Shayna Lyle
    Assistant Director

Hello! My name is Shayna Lyle, and I am from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania (or, as you might know it, the home of the famous groundhog – Punxsutawney Phil!). I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with both my Bachelor of Science in English Education (’14), and my Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education (’17).

I've been at Radford University for five years, but the culture of the campus makes me feel like I have been a part of the close-knit Radford community much longer. I see why students love our campus – the student culture, endless opportunities for personal and professional development and growth, and the overall community are amazing.

When I am not on campus, you’ll find me watching cooking shows (Chopped is my favorite!) and mostly cuddling with my adorable cats, Kiara and Ember. I also enjoy working out, and outdoor activities such as canoeing, fishing, and floating the New River.

I am available to help you through your college search and decision process. Don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions that you may have.
