Hello!  My name is Opal Merchant and I am the Associate Director for Transfer Recruitment. 

I have been a part of the Highlander family for over 25 years and I have worked in Radford’s Admissions Office for 20 years. I also completed my Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business degrees here at Radford University.

I enjoy the energy and excitement of working on a college campus and knowing that each student has their own story about the path taken to arrive at Radford University.
