    Hello! My name is Leigh Ann Adams and I am a native of Southwest Virginia. I currently live on a small farm with my husband and three daughters in Smyth County. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master of Science degree in Education from Virginia Tech.  I have worked in higher education for most of my professional career, including teaching and college access programs.

    I have a heart for students in Southwest Virginia and love seeing them reach their goals. And, I am regionally based at the Southwest Virginia Higher Ed Center in Abingdon, VA. Go Highlanders!
