    Hello! My name is Colleen Choate, and I am from Richmond, the capital city of the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a native of the state, I am so excited to welcome you to our beautiful and friendly mountains!

    Having lived and taught in India, I understand how daunting and exciting it can be to move to another country to pursue your goals and career. I have a passion for helping students not only understand the admissions process, but what it means to go to a university in the United States. I’m also here to help you navigate the cultural differences between your home and life in the United States.
